Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Principal for CBSE School to lead and inspire a dedicated team of educators, students, and parents within a high-performing academic environment. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all academic, administrative, and operational functions of the CBSE-affiliated school.

• Ensure full compliance with CBSE curriculum guidelines, examination protocols, and regulatory requirements.

• Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of the school's academic calendar, syllabi, and teaching methodologies.

• Supervise and mentor teachers, conduct performance reviews, and support professional development initiatives.

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe school culture that promotes student well-being, ethical values, and academic excellence.

• Serve as the primary liaison between the school, parents, students, and external stakeholders including education boards and government bodies.

• Monitor student performance, attendance, and behavior; implement interventions to support at-risk learners.

• Manage school finances, budgets, and resource allocation in alignment with institutional goals.

• Promote innovation in teaching and learning through the integration of technology and modern pedagogical practices.

• Organize and lead school events, parent-teacher meetings, and community engagement activities.

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and child protection policies across all school operations.

Requirements
Requirements

• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) with specialization in Elementary or Secondary Education.

• Minimum of 2-5 years of progressive experience in school leadership, preferably as a Head Teacher or Deputy Principal.

• Proven experience in managing CBSE curriculum delivery, examination processes, and board compliance.

• Strong understanding of educational policies, assessment frameworks, and student development principles.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive change, and inspire staff and students.

• Proficiency in digital tools for academic management, reporting, and communication.

• Commitment to ethical leadership, equity, and inclusive education practices.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and time management skills.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, for school events and meetings.

• School Timings : 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
