We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Programmer / Analyst to join our Enterprise Architect team. This role will be responsible for the administration, integration, and optimization of a diverse set of development and operations tools used across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps practices, automation, and enterprise tool support, with the ability to collaborate across teams and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and support a suite of DevOps and collaboration tools including: +

Atlassian Suite

: Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Fisheye/Crucible
+

Version Control

: SVN, GitHub, Azure DevOps (ADO)
+

CI/CD & Automation

: Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, GitHub Actions
+

Monitoring & Analytics

: Splunk, Dynatrace
+

Requirements & Service Management

: Jama, Jira Service Management (JSM)
+

Data Analytics & Workflow

: KNIME
Develop and maintain integrations between tools using APIs and middleware platforms. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to support development and deployment workflows. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability. Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to streamline processes and improve tool usage. Maintain documentation and best practices for tool usage, configuration, and integration. Evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance DevOps capabilities. Ensure compliance with security and governance policies across all supported platforms. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP and AWS). Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Required Experience and Skills

5+ years of experience with the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, JSM), Jenkins, version control (Git, SVN), and artifact management (JFrog). 4+ years of experience in API development with deep knowledge of API protocols and gateways, plus strong skills in monitoring and logging with Splunk and Dynatrace. Familiarity with tools like KNIME, Jama, and Fisheye/Crucible, with proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) Proven experience working with global teams and managing cross-functional projects. Excellent understanding of integration design principles and best practices. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
