EverestRCGDELIVERY MANAGER WITH MINIMUM 17 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE PRIMARY SAP ECC SUCCESSFACTORS CONCUR S4 HANA AND CENTRAL FINANCE SECONDARY ANALYTICS POWER BI IBM COGNOS AZURE CLOUD OPERATIONS MINIMUM 15 YEARS IN IT INDUSTRY AND PREFERABLY IN SAP JOB DESCRIPTION HAVING EXPERIENCE IN MANAGING DIRECTLY SAP AMS ENGAGEMENTS IN THE ROLE OF DELIVERY MANAGER FOR MINIMUM 10 YEARS HAS IN DEPTH KNOWLEDGE IN SAP AMS PROGRAMS HAS MANAGED TEAM OF MINIMUM 100 PEOPLE HAS WORKED WITH STAKEHOLDER LIKE CIO CLIENT SAP MANAGERS AND BUSINESS TEAM HAS EXPOSURE TO ITIL PROCESS AND WORKED IN TICKETING TOLL LIKE SNOW PREFERRED HAS MANAGED STEERCO CAB CHANGE APPROVAL BOARD AND OTHER GOVERNANCE MEETINGS HAS WORKED WITH SALES TEAM ACCOUNT TEAM TO INCREASE ACCOUNT REVENUE HE SHE SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE IN MANAGING ACCOUNT PROFITS WITH OPTIMIZATION IN RESOURCES AND TECHNOLOGIES HAS WORKED IN AUTOMATION OF BUSINESS PROCESSES BY USING DIFFERENT TOOLS AND TEMPLATES AND BOTS INVOLVED IN MSA AGREEMENTS AND MANAGED MULTIPLE SOWS HAS ABILITY TO MANAGE DIFFERENT PROJECTS IN APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT HAS WORKED IN DIFFERENT PRICING ENGAGEMENTS LIKE FMC FPC T M OUTPUT BASED TICKET BASED PRICING HAS ALSO WORKED IN ENSURING DELIVERY IS AT MOST SECURED AND SMOOTH ADHERING TO AGREED SLAS AND SERVICE CREDITS UNDERSTANDS THE LEGAL ASPECTS OF AGREED MSA AND SOW HAS EXPOSURE IN HANDLING MULTIPLE TECHNOLOGY TEAMS HAS EXPERIENCE IN PMO TOOLS AND TEMPLATES HAS WORKED IN ORGANIZATION SPECIFIC PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROCESSES AND PROCEDURES SUCH AS STAFFING ALLOCATION GUIDANCE REVENUE AND PROFIT APPLICATIONS QUALITY AUDITS GDPR ETC
