Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years of experience in Computer Science/product/service/project/program management + OR software development

Strong business acumen and solid analytical skills - able to break down problems and make informed decisions based on both qualitative customer feedback and quantitative funnel metrics. Strong organization skills, sound judgment, growth mindset with a desire to learn, and ability to thrive under ambiguity are crucial. Excellent communication and cross-group collaboration skills with the ability to motivate a team toward a shared vision. History of establishing credibility with executives as well as technical and non-technical team members. ###

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Product Manager who has strong empathy for customers and who can understand what is preventing them to get things done fast and easily on their Windows PCs. By connecting with customers, you can determine what needs to be changed or fixed in a product to improve customer satisfaction and happiness.You will be involved in all phases of the product lifecycle, supporting activities from planning to execution. This includes leveraging research to articulate a vision/strategy, collaborating with other stakeholders and driving influence at the executive level, customer requirements gathering, technical prioritization, analysis of product features, and go-to-market support. You will be responsible for translating strategic business objectives into execution strategies that ensure products and services are delivered to the right market at the right time. It will be imperative for you to see the big picture while balancing feature-level trade-offs. You will work with various teams including your agile feature team, technical leads, UX designers, and a group of cross-functional team members from across Windows org and within the broader Microsoft organization to iteratively deliver and launch our products to market. You will be responsible for driving the growth of our windows customer satisfaction by looking into opportunities to improve our customer journeys and experiences based on data insights. You will drive features and initiatives that increase awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retention.
