Role Summary:

We are looking for a

Product Manager - Supply

to design and scale supply-side solutions for our

car care and auto care platform

. The role involves building and optimizing the

franchise app, partner app, and backend supply systems

that enable franchise partners and service providers to onboard, manage, and grow efficiently.

You will drive the roadmap for

supply scalability, franchise management, and partner experience

, ensuring seamless integration with customer demand and platform operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Franchise & Partner App Ownership

Define and manage the roadmap for

franchise and partner applications

. Build tools for

partner onboarding, service slot allocation, and performance tracking

. Enable franchise owners to manage operations digitally (orders, staff, reporting).

Supply Scalability & Platform Building

Design scalable workflows to expand supply coverage across multiple cities. Create systems for

capacity planning, utilization, and service quality monitoring

. Collaborate with tech teams to deliver

automation-first supply management solutions

.

Purchase Order & Operational Management

Streamline

supply-side workflows

, including consumables ordering and partner requirements. Build digital tracking for

inventory, service readiness, and order fulfilment

.

Data-Driven Decision Making

Develop

dashboards and analytics

for franchise owners and internal teams. Track supply-side KPIs to continuously improve efficiency and partner performance.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Partner onboarding speed and activation rates. Service slot utilization and supply-demand balance. Partner satisfaction and retention. Order fulfilment rate and service quality compliance. Scalability metrics: supply expansion across geographies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

5+ years' experience

in product management with focus on

supply-side platforms, service marketplaces, or franchise-based operations

. Strong expertise in building

partner-facing and franchise-facing digital tools

. Solid understanding of

supply chain dynamics, utilization, and service fulfilment

in hyperlocal or service-based businesses. Strong hands-on skills in

Excel/analytics

for tracking operational KPIs. Proven ability to

design scalable systems and apps

that enable efficient supply growth. Execution-focused leader who thrives in

fast-paced, high-growth environments

Compensation & Growth

Salary Bandwidth:

?8-15 LPA. Opportunity to

Monday to Saturday (6Days) - 9AM to 6PM

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
