Your Impact:

This is a highly impactful, leadership role focused on building a new product area from the ground up. The successful candidate will define the product vision and strategy for DX's conversational messaging capabilities, including OTT channels, RCS, as well as chatbots. This role requires a strong understanding of conversational AI and a proven track record in B2B SaaS product management

What the Role Offers:

Product Strategy& Roadmap



Define and own the company's conversational messaging strategy. Develop and execute a product roadmap for conversational messaging across SMS, RCS, OTT applications, chatbots. Define and drive the integration of the messaging platform with other products in the OpenText portfolio

Product development



Partner with engineering teams to build innovative solutions. Manage the entire product lifecycle, including product specifications, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales, etc.).

Market insights



Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (GDPR, TCPA). Track and analyze product performance using metrics and customer feedback. Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Go-to-market



Collaborate with stakeholders to manage GTM activities and drive revenue Ability to work with partners to bring our products to the market

Technical Oversight:

Serve as product owner for technology teams Write product requirement documents (PRDs) that define the features and capabilities required to address market opportunities

What you need to succeed:

Experience: Extensive experience in product management of over 12 years, with specific experience in B2B SAAS platforms. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of product development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum. Knowledge of public cloud environments. Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical skills for data-driven decision-making Communication: Robust communication and stakeholder management abilities Leadership: Leadership capabilities to inspire and drive teams towards a common goal Education: Relevant degree in MBA, Technical, Computer Science, Business, Software Engineering, Engineering, Technology, Leadership, Marketing, or Science
