Job Description

You will lead by craft, not title. As the Principal Product Designer for Kinetic App Studio, you will shape how Epicor's next-generation AI experiences come to life through design that feels human, precise, and scalable.

App Studio brings intelligence, customization, and speed to how Epicor customers build workflows. You will raise the bar for quality, consistency, and usability across Epicor's AI and ERP experiences. You will define interaction principles, mentor designers, and ensure every product touchpoint reflects design excellence.

What You'll Do

Drive high-impact product design initiatives Set and enforce design quality standards across experiences Mentor and coach designers to elevate visual and interaction craft Lead design reviews and critique with clear, actionable feedback Partner with engineering and product to translate vision into scalable systems Define motion, hierarchy, and usability patterns that unify the product suite

What You Bring

8 to 12 years in Product Design with deep interaction and visual expertise Proven ability to balance craft detail with strategic influence Mastery of Figma, prototyping, and design documentation Experience defining or evolving design systems Strong facilitation and critique skills A portfolio that showcases design mastery, systems-level thinking, and craft leadership
