2. Regulatory Compliance & Accreditation:
Ensure full compliance with

Keep the institution updated with the latest policies and norms, implementing changes to meet accreditation and regulatory requirements.
3. Faculty and Staff Management:
Oversee recruitment, development, and performance appraisal of
faculty and staff
to ensure academic excellence.
Create opportunities for
faculty development programs (FDPs)
, workshops, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and research output.
Ensure a
collaborative, ethical, and motivating work environment
, promoting teamwork and professional integrity.
4. Student Welfare & Development:
Ensure the implementation of student-centric policies, including
mentorship programs

Support
student placement initiatives

Promote extracurricular, co-curricular, and technical activities to foster

5. Financial and Resource Management:

6. Governance and Leadership:

of teaching experience in the
relevant field
(Engineering/Technology) at a recognized institution.
