Qualifications & Experience For Principal (Primary / High School / Higher Secondary)

Bachelor's/Master's degree with

B.Ed/M.Ed

(mandatory). Minimum

3-5 years

of relevant teaching or administrative experience. Strong knowledge of curriculum, pedagogy, assessment methodologies, and school operations. Proven leadership, communication, and people-management skills.

Qualifications & Experience For Academic Co-ordinator

Bachelor's/Master's degree with

B.Ed preferred

. At least

3-5 years

of teaching or academic support experience. Ability to coordinate curriculum, support teachers, manage assessments, and ensure academic quality.
