You'll be part of Prime Video APAC (Asia-Pacific) who oversee India, Middle East & North Africa (MENA), South-East Asia (SEA), and Japan. You will be the product leader working closely with regional business leaders and teams and will have the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the local customers, think-big and drive a strategic vision in building solutions to address the local customer needs which could scale world-wide. You'll be responsible for creating product roadmaps, building product requirements and will be collaborating with product and tech teams world-wide in delivering these features. We are looking for a customer-obsessed Product Manager Tech with a strong track record of ownership who has successfully delivered results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.




Key job responsibilities

You will be a strong product leader with an ability to work independently with your stakeholders and leaders. Develop a deep understanding of the Prime Video customers, particularly of customers based in India. Develop a thorough understanding of the digital video market segments and continually assess the landscape and emerging industry trends. Participate and influence stakeholders to define the product vision & strategy Develop the product roadmap and supporting metrics required to deliver and enhance a best in class digital video customer experience. Work cross-functionally with data science, engineering, design, marketing, business development, legal, finance, customer service, and operations teams to deliver on the product roadmap and business goals Influence the dependent teams and stakeholders and can efficiently navigate roadblocks and move forward. Own leadership reviews to keep regional business leaders updated on product status.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience technical product management Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product Experience managing technical products or online services Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement MBA or advanced degree in a related field
