Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall academic and administrative operations of the institution
Ensure compliance with AICTE/PCI and university norms
Lead faculty recruitment, mentoring, and performance evaluation
Manage curriculum planning, academic audits, and student development
Foster research culture and promote innovation in teaching
Liaise with regulatory bodies and stakeholders
Ensure discipline, quality education, and institutional growth
Qualifications:
M.Pharmacy from a recognized institution (Ph.D. in Pharmacy preferred)
Minimum 10 years of experience in teaching, including leadership roles
Sound knowledge of pharmacy education policies and standards
Skills Required:
