About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and visionary Principal to lead our Paramedical College. The ideal candidate will provide strong academic leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster an environment that promotes high-quality education and professional development for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee academic and administrative operations of the paramedical institute Ensure compliance with all relevant government, university, and council regulations Recruit, supervise, and mentor faculty and staff Develop curriculum and training programs that meet industry standards Promote research, innovation, and skill-based learning Manage budgets, resources, and institutional planning Maintain high standards of discipline, ethics, and educational quality Coordinate with hospitals, healthcare centers, and industry partners for clinical training and placements

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree in a relevant Paramedical/Allied Health Science discipline (PhD preferred) Minimum 5-10 years of teaching/administrative experience in a paramedical or healthcare educational institution Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines (such as Paramedical Council, University norms, etc.) Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Skills

Experience in institutional accreditation and quality assurance Ability to lead faculty development and student engagement initiatives Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficiency in academic planning and academic audits
