Job Title: Principal - English Medium Residential School

Location: Panchgani, Maharashtra

School Type: English Medium | Residential (Hostel Facility)

Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years (in school and hostel management)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Principal to lead our English Medium Residential School in Panchgani. The ideal candidate will have a convent school background, strong leadership skills, and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hostel and school administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the school and hostel.

Ensure academic excellence and discipline across all grades.

Implement school policies and maintain administrative efficiency.

Lead and support the teaching and non-teaching staff.

Monitor student performance, curriculum planning, and teacher training.

Manage admissions, parent interactions, and community relationships.

Supervise hostel operations - safety, hygiene, discipline, and student welfare.

Ensure compliance with educational board guidelines (ICSE/CBSE/State Board).

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a residential/convent school setting.

Must have prior experience managing hostel facilities.

Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Passionate about education, student development, and leadership.

Tech-savvy with knowledge of school management systems (preferred).

Educational Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.

B.Ed./M.Ed. mandatory.

Additional certifications in School Leadership or Administration (preferred).

Salary:

Negotiable - based on experience and qualifications.
