Develops, maintains and manages enterprise application standards and systems, including database, network and hosting solutions. Drives the development of detailed configuration parameters, custom extensions, workflow and integration solutions. Coordinates with technical / engineering teams to ensure solutions are designed to operate in highly available and reliable environments.



Works on a large portfolio of applications. Provides application design and documentation that spans multiple applications and / or functions. Serves as trusted consultant to senior leaders in the business. Mentors less experienced team members. Prioritizes own work regarding the development, coding, testing, and debugging of new software or enhancements to existing software. Works with technical staff and business to understand problems with software and creatively resolves. Lead a team of Oracle HCM Specialists handling day-to-day production support. Act as the primary escalation point for all Oracle HCM and Payroll-related incidents. Monitor and manage ticket queues, SLAs, and quality of resolutions. Review and approve root cause analysis, solution documents, and change requests. Plan and oversee monthly payroll cycles, ensuring system readiness and post-payroll validations. Manage regular maintenance activities - patching, regression testing, and configuration validation. Track performance metrics and continuously improve support processes. Stay current with latest Oracle Cloud releases and assess impact on business operations.

Required Qualifications



Diploma or equivalent work experience required. Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Enterprise Applications. Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
