Job Summary
The Principal will provide strategic leadership and vision to the ICSE Curriculum School, fostering academic excellence, innovation, and growth. The Principal will be responsible for managing the school's academic, administrative, and financial operations, ensuring compliance with ICSE regulations and maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Academic Leadership
1. Develop and implement the school's strategic plan, aligning with the institution's mission and vision.
2. Provide leadership and guidance to teachers, promoting excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment.
3. Oversee the development and delivery of ICSE curriculum, ensuring compliance with ICSE regulations.
4. Foster a culture of innovation, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
Administrative Management
1. Manage the school's administrative operations, including human resources, finance, infrastructure, and facilities.
2. Ensure compliance with ICSE regulations, policies, and procedures.
3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
4. Manage budgets, resources, and finances to achieve strategic objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement
1. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including students, parents, teachers, and the broader community.
2. Represent the school at local, national, and international forums, promoting its reputation and interests.
3. Foster partnerships and collaborations with other educational institutions, organizations, and industries.
Quality Assurance and Accreditation
1. Ensure the school meets the requirements of ICSE affiliation and accreditation.
2. Develop and implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of academic excellence.
3. Oversee the preparation of ICSE inspection reports and self-study documents.
Student Experience and Support
1. Foster a student-centered culture, ensuring a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
2. Oversee the development and delivery of student support services, including counselling, career guidance, and co-curricular activities.
3. Ensure student grievances and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
Qualifications and Experience
1. Post Graduate Degree
2.Earned Master's degree in Education or a related field.
3. Proven experience in ICSE curriculum and pedagogy.
4.Minimum 8-10 years of experience in educational leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
5. Proven track record of successful leadership, management, and innovation in an ICSE curriculum school.
