to head our co-educational residential school and drive excellence across academics, co-curricular activities, and holistic development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the overall functioning of a residential CBSE Sainik School
Implement a progressive, tech-enabled educational approach
Inspire, mentor, and motivate students and staff towards excellence
Ensure discipline, values, and holistic development of students
Manage administrative and operational aspects of a residential ecosystem
Align school operations with Government of Gujarat, CBSE, and Sainik Schools Society norms
Candidate Profile:
Experienced, disciplined, and results-oriented education leader
Tech-savvy with a modern, progressive approach to teaching and learning
Energetic, motivational, and committed to excellence
Skilled in managing residential co-educational institutions
Experience in Sainik School / Military School preferred
Retired H/LT or H/Capt from Army Education Corps encouraged to apply
Preferred Age: 40+ years

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
