Sushmanjali Yoddhaa School of Excellence is seeking a dynamic and disciplined

Principal

to lead its residential school campus. We are looking for an individual with a

strong leadership background, preferably from the Armed Forces

, and proven experience in managing

residential or convent school environments

.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide academic leadership for the school Ensure smooth functioning of the residential campus, including discipline, safety, and student welfare Oversee curriculum implementation and academic planning Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in any discipline (B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred)

Military/Defense background preferred

(Retired officers from Education core) Minimum

8-10 years of experience

in educational administration Prior experience handling a

residential or convent school

is mandatory Experience with conducting NEET, CET, SSC/HSC or CBSE Board examinations in the capacity of

Centre Superintendent or Chief Superintendent

. Well aware of the NEP and CBSE guidelines Familiarity with and ability to implement

CBSE-mandated committees and compliances

. Ability to ensure full compliance with

CBSE bylaws, safety norms, and statutory regulations

.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?70,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
