: Principal (NEGS - Gujarati Medium)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Academic Head to lead the academic operations of our school. The role involves planning and implementing academic strategies, overseeing curriculum design, and ensuring effective lesson delivery as per school standards. The Academic Head will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring teachers, organizing professional development programs, and conducting performance evaluations to maintain teaching excellence. They will monitor student learning outcomes, implement remedial and enrichment programs, and ensure compliance with school policies and documentation requirements. Additionally, the role includes fostering communication between stakeholders--teachers, parents, and management--through regular meetings and workshops. The Academic Head will also drive innovation in teaching methodologies, integrate technology into classrooms, and promote continuous improvement across the academic ecosystem.

Qualifications:

Postgraduate degree with B.Ed./M.Ed. (mandatory), 10 years of experience (including 5 years in leadership), and expertise in CBSE curriculum, leadership, and technology integration.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
