Main Responsibilities:

• Perform full stack mobile development using Swift and Kotlin and other technologies to build scalable mobile applications (IOS and Android) from scratch
• Follow the process for software development, testing and deployment.
• Ensure that assigned user stories (requirements) have sufficient detail to be implemented properly
• Ensure that you have sufficient understanding of user stories to provide reliable estimates
• Proactively seek learning opportunities to enhance skill sets and career growth
• Work with the project manager as needed to build requirements and understanding of software features
• Seek to perform and good code and not simply just handle tasks
• Perform peer code reviews to ensure that code standards and proper architectural patterns are followed
• Make suggestions regarding improvements to the software

Minimum Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located in India
• Candidate must have a notice period of 45 days or less OR can join in less than 45 days (If your company allows for a buyout of your notice period, Tech9 will buy out the respective amount)
• 9+ years of hands-on experience in software/mobile development
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in both Kotlin and Swift
• Excellent hands-on capabilities with Java
• Demonstrated experience and capabilities building mobile applications for both Android and IOS
• Demonstrated experience using relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, NoSQL, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written English capabilities
• Availability to work some hours of US timing (nothing too drastic. 7:00-8:00pm IST is the norm but sometimes goes until 10:00pm IST)

• The starting salary for this role is between 46-50 LPA, depending on skills and experience
• Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate

• 1-hour google meet/Zoom technical interview with one of our engineers
• 1- hour google meet/Zoom final technical interview with one of our senior engineers
