, is seeking a confident, disciplined, and visionary

Principal

with a

strong command over academics and administration

. The Principal will serve as the academic and administrative head of the school, ensuring excellence in ICSE curriculum implementation, effective governance, and a culture of discipline and professionalism.

Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Leadership (ICSE Focus)

Provide academic leadership in line with

ICSE curriculum, assessment patterns, and guidelines

. Oversee curriculum planning, implementation, assessment, and evaluation across all grades. Ensure high standards of teaching, learning outcomes, lesson planning, and classroom practices. Guide, mentor, and evaluate teachers through structured academic reviews and observations. Promote innovative pedagogy, experiential learning, and effective use of educational technology.

Administrative & Institutional Management

Manage smooth day-to-day administration of the school. Implement school policies, systems, and disciplinary procedures firmly and fairly. Supervise admissions, examinations, timetables, records, and documentation. Coordinate with management on budgeting, infrastructure, staffing, and statutory compliance. Ensure adherence to

ICSE norms, safety regulations, and legal requirements

Leadership, Discipline & School Culture

Maintain strong command, authority, and discipline within the school environment. Foster a culture of accountability, respect, professionalism, and ethical conduct. Address student, staff, and parent concerns with clarity, confidence, and decisiveness.

Staff & Parent Engagement

Recruit, supervise, appraise, and retain teaching and non-teaching staff. Conduct staff meetings and professional development programs. Maintain transparent communication with parents and stakeholders. Represent the school at

ICSE meetings, inspections, and academic forums

Qualifications & Experience

Master's Degree in Education or a relevant academic discipline (Mandatory)

B.Ed. / M.Ed. preferred

Minimum

8-10 years of experience

in education, including

3-5 years in a leadership role

Prior experience in an

ICSE-affiliated school

is highly desirable Female candidates preferred
