Key Responsibilities
Lead admissions and enrolment growth through strong sales strategies, parent
engagement, and outreach.
Oversee daily centre operations, ensuring quality education and child safety.
Manage staff performance, training, and motivation.
Build and maintain strong parent and community relationships.
Implement marketing and promotional initiatives to increase brand visibility.
Ensure accurate record-keeping, budgeting, and compliance with school
standards.
Skills & Competencies
Ability to conduct Open House sessions and organize centre events (Annual Day,
Sports Day, Parent Orientation, etc.).
Strong focus on children's safety and overall centre hygiene.
Ability to monitor and support teachers and assistants to ensure high-quality
instruction and care.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
