Experience
Minimum
10 years of teaching experience
, including at least
3-5 years in an administrative or leadership role
(Vice Principal / Headmistress / Coordinator / Principal) in a reputed ICSE/ISC school.
Proven experience with
ICSE curriculum, council guidelines, and school inspection Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership, decision-making, and team-building abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sound understanding of
academic planning, child-centered pedagogy, and co-curricular development

Proficiency in
digital tools, school ERP systems, and data-driven performance tracking

Ability to manage school finances, staff recruitment, and compliance documentation
Key Responsibilities
Academic Leadership
Ensure effective implementation of the ICSE curriculum.
Monitor teaching standards, student performance, and staff training.
Lead curriculum development and innovation
Administrative Management
Oversee daily operations, discipline, and school policies.
Supervise staff performance, recruitment, and appraisal.
Ensure compliance with
CISCE regulations
and school accreditation requirements.
Community & Parent Engagement
Maintain positive relationships with parents, students, and the community.
Represent the school in external forums and council interactions.
Strategic Growth
Lead initiatives for academic excellence, extracurricular enrichment, and school reputation.
Drive admissions, brand visibility, and quality assurance processes.
