About the Role

Lead day-to-day academic and operational excellence of the school, ensure strong learning outcomes, and build a high-performing staff culture in partnership with the management.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee academics: curriculum planning, assessments, and classroom observation. Drive teacher performance: hiring inputs, onboarding, mentoring, appraisal. Parent & community engagement: communication, grievance handling, events. Compliance & safety: records, policies, audits, child-safeguarding protocols. Admissions & enrollment: lead school tours, conversions, retention. Budget & resources: coordinate with accounts/admin for efficient operations. Data & outcomes: track results, attendance, and improvement plans (MIS).
Must-Have Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; strong academic record. 2+ years in school administration/coordination/vice-principal or similar. Excellent communication (English; Marathi/Hindi an advantage). Proven people leadership, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management. Strong planning, documentation, and accountability mindset.
