Key Responsibilities:Leadership and Strategic Vision:



Provide visionary and inspirational leadership to drive academic excellence and holistic development. Define and execute the school's strategic goals in alignment with the mission and vision. Foster a culture of innovation, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Academic Excellence:



Oversee the academic curriculum and ensure effective teaching and learning outcomes. Encourage experiential learning and integration of technology in pedagogy. Lead initiatives to improve academic standards and student performance.

Administration and Operations:



Ensure smooth functioning of daily school operations, infrastructure, safety, and discipline. Monitor compliance with education board guidelines (CBSE/ICSE/Cambridge/IB as applicable). Manage staff recruitment, evaluation, training, and development in coordination with HR. Prepare budgets, oversee financial management, and ensure resource optimization.

Student and Parent Engagement:



Build a positive and inclusive school culture for students' emotional and social well-being. Maintain open, constructive communication with parents and address concerns effectively. Promote student leadership, co-curricular programs, and participation in competitions/events.

Stakeholder and Community Engagement:



Represent the school in public forums, educational events, and community programs. Strengthen partnerships with educational bodies, vendors, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:



Master's Degree in Education or relevant field (M.Ed./B.Ed. mandatory). 10+ years of teaching experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership/administrative role (e.g., Principal, Vice-Principal, Academic Coordinator). Proven experience in managing a K-12 school; experience with international curriculum is a plus. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities. Tech-savvy with a progressive mindset and student-centered approach.
