What You'll Be Doing:

Develop advanced SRAM, register file, TCAM, and ROM architectures and implement innovative circuit techniques for embedded memory IP. Lead schematic entry, simulation of major blocks, layout planning, and supervise layout activities, collaborating closely with the CAD team for full verification and model generation. Design and implement low-power, area-efficient embedded memory circuits and architectures, optimizing for performance, power, and area in leading-edge technology nodes. and expand your skills in transistor-level circuit design, memory compilers, and automation scripting to streamline design flows. Resolve a wide range of technical issues creatively, collaborating with cross-functional teams and interfacing with both internal and external stakeholders.
