We are looking for a creatively thinking and dynamic individual with strong expertise in sustainability and CSR to join our team. This person will explore new sustainability avenues, manage CSR partnerships, ensure our projects meet corporate SDG requirements, and provide excellent field and office coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Innovate and explore new areas of sustainability relevant to rural development and empowerment.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with CSR teams and corporate partners.
Ensure project alignment with the SDG criteria required by corporate partners.
Manage field operations and coordinate seamlessly with the office team.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including corporates, donors, and field partners.
Prepare detailed and extraordinary reports, showcasing data and project impact visually and effectively.
Oversee data collection, analysis, and presentation with high standards.
Work closely on projects related to education, women empowerment, and rural agroforestry.
Provide insights and documentation for project proposals, audits, and impact evaluations.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Deep understanding of CSR, corporate partnerships, and NGO collaborations.
Proven experience working with corporates and CSR compliance with SDGs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong reporting and data visualization skills.
Relevant exposure to fieldwork in interior rural areas.
Experience in education, women empowerment, and agroforestry projects preferred.
Ability to work creatively and proactively to identify and develop new sustainability opportunities.
Preferred:
Prior work experience or strong familiarity with rural field conditions.
Ability to bridge office and field teams effectively.
Passion for social impact and sustainable development.
