xe2x97x8f Provide technical thought leadership, coaching and mentorship in the field of data science in working with engineering and other cross functional teams

xe2x97x8f A graduation/post-graduation degree in Computer Science/ Mathematics/Statistics (IITs, IIITs, NITs and other Tier-I colleges preferred)
xe2x97x8f An experience with one or more of ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, NLTK, NumPy, Pandas, Keras, TensorFlow, Theano and other Cognitive Tools.
xe2x97x8f 7+ years of strong hands-on experience in one or more of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), NLP, Deep Learning, Image Processing, Computer Vision and Neural Networks
xe2x97x8f 2+ years of experience of mentoring and managing ML projects and medium-size team is preferred
xe2x97x8f Worked on one or more of Deep Learning Architectures such as CNN, RNN, LSTM or any of their variants
xe2x97x8f An experience in Decision Trees, Random Forests, Gradient Boosting, XGBoost (desirable)
xe2x97x8f Coding proficiency in Python (mandatory)
xe2x97x8f Proficiency with various techniques in ML such as regression, classification, and cluster analysis
xe2x97x8f Experience working with large data sets and distributed computing (Hive/Hadoop/Spark)
xe2x97x8f Excellent Communication Skills
xe2x97x8f Ability to take research risk and tackle hard problems independently
xe2x97x8f Comfortable with Statistical methods and procedures
