The Role

This role forms part of the in-house legal counsel team and will be responsible for providing contractual advice and guidance to the operational team; ensuring AMS and Client commercial risk is mitigated.

Key Accountabilities

What you'll be doing:

Accountable for drafting and negotiating customer and supplier contracts either from scratch or as a mark-up on customer and supplier produced drafts Responsible for issuing contract variations, tracking responses, managing AMS'
counter signatures, and ensuring contractual documentation is properly stored and

managed
Providing legal and commercial support when contract queries are raised Working with the account leadership and business assurance team to manage contract risks Supporting training of the team on commercial law updates and best practice Supporting development of self-serve legal toolkits to support the service lines Helping to maintain training and VMS documentation on the service line intranet sites Identify ways in which to continually develop and improve processes and procedures working in conjunction with Legal & service line teams Building strong working relationships and delivering an excellent experience to the
stakeholder
Responsible for guiding the stakeholder in commercial matters

Skills & Experience

You'll need to demonstrate:

Experience in Secretarial Compliance of global entities Experience in supporting legal function Experience in Contract Managemen Experience in Legal Research Global Exposure
