Qualification: Cipet, NTTF, DME, (Tool Making)
Experience : Min 15 to 16 Years
Salary : 58,000 to 60,000 Gross/ Per month

• Responsible for Injection Moulding Tool room Machine and process

• Development and validation of Injection Moulds

• Planning of production and capacity

xc2xb7 Ability to Read Mould Drawing

• Handling of Tool Design software - ProE/Sold works/UG

xc2xb7 Tool manufacturing Loading and guidance to operators

• Development of New Product - APQP/PPAP/FMEA

xc2xb7 Handling all Special Machines

• Handling Tool Assembly and Trials

xc2xb7 Tool Assembly and sample approval

• Installing Special Machines in Tool Room

xc2xb7 Achieve Production Plan

• Ensure Quality of Product/ Reduce rejection

xc2xb7 Ensure Quality of Product/ Reduce rejection

• Validation of all Cavities in Mould

xc2xb7 Validation of all Cavities in Mould

• First time right in mold manufacturing

xc2xb7 Ability to work on ProE/UG/AutoCAD/Programming Software

• Handle Tool Setting

xc2xb7 Internal auditing of IATF requirements

• Ensure achievement of KPI - Objectives and Targets

xc2xb7 Handling all Mould Suppliers

• Time planning for molds

xc2xb7 Identification of New Opportunities

• Supplier chain for out service tool room

xc2xb7 Ability to conduct Aspect Impact Assessment

• Tool design feasibility

xc2xb7 Ability to Identify Hazards and Risk Assessment

• Tool MSR maintenance

xc2xb7 Knowledge on ISO 45001 & 14001

• Mold flow analysis and review

• Tool room machine CNC- OEE

• Providing training to tool maker, machine operator

• Fully automated mold manufacturing

• Mold tool life enhancement

• Mold manufacturing new technology and modification

• Mold new steel and coating implementation

• Mold manufacturing time planning and maintain
