in the education sector, with proven leadership in academic administration and school management.

Role & Responsibilities:

Provide visionary leadership and ensure the overall academic excellence of the school Implement and monitor the

CBSE curriculum

as per CBSE and NCERT guidelines Manage day-to-day academic and administrative operations of the residential school Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff Ensure discipline, student safety, and welfare in a residential environment Oversee hostel management, pastoral care, and student life beyond academics Develop and implement school policies, procedures, and improvement plans Maintain strong communication with parents, management, and CBSE authorities Ensure compliance with CBSE affiliation norms, inspections, and audits Promote holistic development, values, ethics, and co-curricular activities

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
