We are looking for an experienced and dynamic CBSE School Principal to lead the academic and administrative functions of our school. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, academic expertise, excellent communication, and the ability to build a positive school culture.
Key Responsibilities
Provide overall academic and administrative leadership in line with CBSE guidelines.
Ensure effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum across all grades.
Supervise, mentor, and support teachers and staff to maintain high teaching standards.
Drive school discipline, student welfare, and parent engagement initiatives.
Lead school audits, inspections, and compliance with CBSE norms.
Monitor lesson plans, classroom observations, assessments, and academic results.
Develop annual academic plans, timetables, and school improvement strategies.
Manage admissions, student enrollment, and community outreach activities.
Oversee budgets, resource allocation, infrastructure, and safety protocols.
Foster a collaborative, positive, and inclusive school environment.
Requirements
Master's Degree + B.Ed (mandatory).
Minimum 8-12 years of teaching experience and at least 3-5 years in a leadership role (Vice Principal/Principal).
Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum, examination systems, and compliance.
Excellent communication, team management, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with parents, students, staff, and management.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in English is a must.
