Postgraduate degree with B.Ed./M.Ed.
Minimum 10 years of teaching experience and 5 years in a leadership role (Principal).
In-depth knowledge of CBSE norms, NEP 2020, and school accreditation processes.
Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
Excellent communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Tech-savvy and adept in modern teaching-learning practices.
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide strong leadership in curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Oversee all school operations, including academics, discipline, administration, and staff development.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
Implement policies aligned with CBSE norms and NEP 2020 goals.
Build strong partnerships with parents, staff, and the wider school community.
Lead the professional development and performance appraisal of staff.
Ensure effective implementation of school quality assurance systems (SQAA).
Represent the school in official and community forums.
