We are seeking a dynamic, visionary, and experienced
Principal
to lead our institution with integrity, academic excellence, and compassion. The ideal candidate will bring a strong academic background, proven leadership skills, and a student-centric philosophy. The Principal will serve as the educational leader, responsible for developing and implementing a progressive vision for teaching, learning, discipline, co-curricular excellence, and faculty development.
Key Responsibilities
:
Academic Leadership
:
Provide strategic direction for curriculum development, instructional improvement, and assessment standards.
Oversee the implementation of innovative teaching methodologies aligned with national and international best practices.
Promote academic excellence and foster a culture of continuous learning among students and faculty.
Administrative Oversight
:
Manage day-to-day operations of the school efficiently.
Oversee staffing, teacher evaluations, schedules, and school policies.
Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards.
Faculty Management
:
Guide, support, and mentor faculty members to enhance their professional capabilities.
Conduct regular performance reviews and foster a collaborative team culture.
Identify training needs and arrange capacity-building programs.
Student Development & Discipline
:
Ensure holistic development of students, nurturing their intellectual, emotional, and ethical growth.
Promote discipline, empathy, inclusiveness, and respect among students.
Encourage participation in co-curricular, extracurricular, and social responsibility programs.
Parent & Community Engagement
:
Establish effective communication with parents, ensuring transparency and trust.
Represent the school in community events, educational forums, and stakeholder meetings.
Vision & Institutional Growth
:
Play a key role in formulating and executing strategic plans for school growth and branding.
Contribute to building a values-driven, inclusive, and culturally sensitive school environment.
Qualifications
:
Doctorate (PhD) in any academic discipline
- strongly preferred.
Master's degree in Education/School Leadership or equivalent is essential.
Minimum
10 years of teaching experience
, with at least
5 years in a senior leadership role
(Principal/Vice Principal/Academic Head).
