Job Description

Role:

Academic & administrative head of the college.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead academics, faculty, and student development Oversee admissions, exams, and daily operations Maintain NAAC/UGC/university compliance Improve teaching quality & curriculum delivery Promote seminars, research, industry visits Build college reputation & drive admissions

Qualification:

Master's + Ph.D. preferred, 15 years' experience with 5 years in leadership.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Karjat, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:

Master's (Preferred)
