Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and inspiring leader to guide our international school. The Principal will ensure high academic standards, support teachers and students, and build a strong school community.

Main Responsibilities

Lead the school with vision and care Oversee teaching, curriculum, and student progress Support and train teachers and staff Create a safe, inclusive, and joyful learning environment Communicate clearly with parents and the wider community Manage school operations, budgets, and policies

Requirements

Master's degree in Education or related field 15+ years of experience in school leadership Strong knowledge of international curricula (IB, Cambridge, etc.) Excellent communication and decision-making skills Ability to lead with empathy, clarity, and purpose

Experience working in multicultural settings Passion for student growth and teacher development Calm, confident, and values-driven leadership
