Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Leadership

Provide visionary leadership aligned with

Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE)

framework Ensure effective curriculum planning, delivery, and assessment Monitor academic performance and drive continuous improvement Promote innovative teaching and learning practices
School Administration & Operations

Oversee daily school operations and ensure smooth functioning Implement school policies, procedures, and compliance standards Manage budgets, resources, and infrastructure effectively
Faculty & Staff Management

Recruit, mentor, evaluate, and develop teaching and non-teaching staff Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth Organize training aligned with IGCSE requirements
Student Development & Wellbeing

Ensure a safe, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment Support student wellbeing, safeguarding, and holistic development Promote co-curricular and global exposure programs
Parent & Stakeholder Engagement

Build strong relationships with parents, board members, and external partners Represent the school in academic forums and inspections Ensure compliance with Cambridge audits and evaluations
Qualifications & Experience

Master's degree in Education / relevant subject (B.Ed/M.Ed preferred) Minimum

8-15 years

of teaching and leadership experience Proven experience in

Cambridge IGCSE curriculum

Strong understanding of international education standards Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
