We are seeking experienced and passionate School Principals to lead academic and administrative operations across our schools in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high academic standards, effective staff management, and a positive learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day school operations (academic & administrative)

Ensure implementation of curriculum as per board guidelines

Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching & non-teaching staff

Maintain discipline and foster a positive school culture

Coordinate with management, parents, and external stakeholders

Ensure compliance with school policies and educational regulations

Monitor student performance and academic progress

Manage admissions, timetables, and school activities

Ensure safety, hygiene, and overall well-being of students

Eligibility Criteria:

Master's degree in Education / relevant subject (B.Ed / M.Ed preferred)

Minimum 5+ years of experience as Principal / Vice Principal / Academic Head

Strong leadership and communication skills

Knowledge of CBSE / ICSE / State Board curriculum

Ability to manage staff and school operations effectively
