1. Oversee overall management of the Center- operations, Human Resource, Monitoring, Growth of the Centre.

2. Responsible for the achievement of the targeted admissions on daily / weekly basis based on planned targets. To be supported by the Admission coordinator.

3. Ensure Tie up with the hospitals for hands on training of the students.

4. Ensure job placement of the students through hospital, laboratories, diagnostic Center tie ups. Will be supported by Placement coordinator.

5. Monitor faculties for the timely completion of the syllabus and examination.

6. Ensure compliance to the training schedule and delivery of quality education by the faculties.

7. Conduct Trainer performance evaluation and put up to ED on monthly basis.

8. Monitor student performance on monthly, quarterly basis- both in MSDC and Hands on Training students and put up to ED on monthly basis.

9. Put up daily attendance report of students to TSF and ED.

10. Ensure discipline, punctuality among the students and faculty for a smooth functioning of the Center.

11. Conduct hospital visits on weekly/fortnightly/ monthly basis for student monitoring (as required).

12. Resolve student issues if any and report to Head Academics.

13. Ensure compliance to the Training Center and Staff SOPs.
