As a Principal Infra Developer you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing infrastructure solutions using Terraform and Ansible. Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions using Terraform to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate infrastructure solutions with existing systems ensuring seamless operations. Provide technical expertise in Ansible to automate configuration management and deployment processes reducing manual intervention. Oversee the development and maintenance of infrastructure as code ensuring best practices and standards are adhered to. Monitor infrastructure performance and implement improvements to optimize resource utilization and system reliability. Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve complex infrastructure issues minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure processes and configurations facilitating knowledge sharing. Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in infrastructure management. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions. Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures safeguarding company data and infrastructure assets. Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Participate in capacity planning and forecasting to ensure infrastructure scalability and readiness for future growth. Contribute to the companys strategic goals by enhancing infrastructure capabilities and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure development with expertise in Terraform and Ansible. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues effectively. Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills working effectively with cross-functional teams. Have experience in the devices domain which is considered a valuable asset. Show a proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies and tools. Display a strong understanding of infrastructure as code principles and best practices.

Certifications Required

Certified Terraform Associate Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation
