Job Description
St. Mother Teresa College is looking for a Principal in Law to lead our academic department and contribute to our vibrant educational community. As the Principal in Law, you will be responsible for overseeing the law department, implementing academic policies and procedures, promoting faculty development, and ensuring student success. Responsibilities:
- Lead the law department, including overseeing faculty and academic programs.
- Develop academic policies and procedures that meet or exceed college and regulatory standards.
- Evaluate and supervise faculty, supporting their professional development and academic growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student performance and retention.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment for students and faculty.
- Represent the college at professional conferences and events.
- PhD, LLM
- At least 15 years of experience after approval in legal education.
- Knowledge of current legal issues and trends in the field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and administration.
