The Principal HR Organizational Development will be responsible for conceptualizing designing and driving enterprise wide OD initiatives aligned to Infosys BPM s strategic priorities
The role will partner closely with HR Leadership business stakeholders and global leaders to build a high performance future ready organization
This includes transformation programs across culture leadership talent performance capability building employee experience and change enablement

Organization Design Transformation
Lead organization design interventions operating model redesign workforce planning and structural optimization for business units
Conduct org diagnostics and recommend long term interventions to support growth scalability and efficiency
Facilitate business transformation programs integrating people processes and culture priorities
Leadership Talent Development
Design and implement leadership development frameworks for mid level and senior leaders
Partner with business leaders to identify critical roles build succession pipelines and strengthen leadership capability
Drive assessment centers development centers and high potential programs
Culture Change Management
Lead culture building initiatives aligned with Infosys BPM values future of work priorities and digital transformation vision
Design and deploy enterprise wide change management strategies for large scale programs
Drive employee engagement strategies backed by analytics and insights
Performance Management Capability Building
Redesign and refine performance management frameworks to foster agility accountability and continuous development
Partner with L D to build capability frameworks career architectures and curated learning pathways
Enhance manager effectiveness through targeted interventions and coaching mechanisms
Strategic HR Projects HR Analytics
Lead cross functional HR projects at global and India levels ensuring strong governance and execution
Use data driven insights to diagnose organizational issues and inform OD strategies
Build and track dashboards metrics and success indicators for OD initiatives
Stakeholder Management
Act as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners business leaders and executive leadership
Collaborate with global HR CoEs across Talent Learning Culture and Performance domains
Ensure alignment of OD programs with overall business strategy and people priorities
Technical Requirements:

2 18 years of progressive HR experience with significant exposure to Organizational Development Talent Management Change Management or HR Transformation roles
Master s degree in HR Organizational Psychology Organizational Behavior or related fields MBA PGDM preferred
Experience in IT ITeS BPM consulting or large scale global organizations preferred
Proven track record of leading enterprise wide interventions and transformation programs
