About the Role
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner, aligning business objectives with employees and leadership within designated business units. This role fosters collaborative partnerships across the People & Culture (P&C) function to deliver value-added solutions that support organizational goals. The HRBP maintains a deep understanding of the business unit's financial health, operational strategy, competitive landscape, and culture to drive informed HR initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on workplace engagement, talent strategies, and HR best practices.
  • Partner with senior executives (VP+) to provide data-driven insights, leadership coaching, and organizational design support.
  • Analyze HR metrics (attrition, compensation, performance trends) to identify risks and opportunities, recommending actionable solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end performance management processes, including calibrations, reviews, and Performance Enhancement Programs (PEP).
  • Drive merit/promotion cycles, ensuring alignment with budgets, guidelines, and business priorities.
  • Counsel managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Design and execute targeted retention strategies, including exit interviews, stay interviews, and engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to deliver high-potential development programs and succession planning.
  • Facilitate career pathing discussions and leadership development initiatives.
  • Oversee HR processes (rewards, recognition, increments, policy compliance) with a focus on scalability and employee satisfaction.
  • Manage recruitment for the Quality function, including apprenticeships and traineeships, in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience as a Chief of Staff (CoS), Business Operations, with deep exposure to business strategy and play a pivotal role ensuring seamless execution of priorities across organization. Driving key initiatives and acting as a liaison between the VP and other teams.
  • Support medical contingency cases, including health insurance coordination.
  • Leverage analytics to assess organizational health, providing insights to leadership for strategic workforce planning.
  • Conduct focus groups and pulse surveys to measure engagement, manager effectiveness, and intervention outcomes.
  • Partner with People Consulting, Compensation & Benefits (C&B), Employee Relations, and Legal teams to ensure cohesive HR delivery.
  • Contribute to enterprise-wide HR projects, objectives & key results, aligning initiatives with business priorities.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Leadership coaching, talent/performance management, and org design.
  • High-potential development and engagement/recognition programs.
  • 2+ years supporting VP+ executives, with proven ability to influence at the C-suite level.
  • Industry exposure: SaaS, software development, or technology environments preferred.
  • Strategic & Operational Balance: Ability to think long-term while executing tactically.
  • Executive Presence: Strong stakeholder management, advising, and negotiation skills.
  • Data Fluency: Advanced analytics skills to translate insights into action.
  • Change Leadership: Proficiency in design thinking and change management methodologies.
  • Service Orientation: Collaborative yet decisive--able to push back with alternatives.
  • Proactive & results-driven: Bias for action, speed, and measurable impact.
  • Adaptable: Thrives in dynamic environments with shifting priorities.

Qualification:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. If any HR certifications is preferred overall 10+ yrs experience
