Postgraduate degree in relevant subject with B.Ed./M.Ed. (mandatory).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide academic leadership for Classes XI & XII and ensure curriculum implementation as per board guidelines. Monitor teaching quality, lesson planning, syllabus completion, and academic performance. Oversee daily administration, discipline, safety, and statutory compliance. Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff. Support student development and address academic or disciplinary concerns. Coordinate with parents, teachers, and management to ensure student welfare and school effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

1 to 3 years of experience as Principal / Vice Principal / Senior Academic Coordinator (Higher Secondary preferred). Strong knowledge of Higher Secondary curriculum and examination patterns. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to handle academic and administrative responsibilities independently.
