, functioning under the aegis of Arya Samaj Seva Foundation was established in

1970

at Gopalapuram in Chennai with just 50 students. The Group today, caters to over

40,000 students

across Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. It has a staff of 1500 plus which includes 1,200 teachers. Four of our branches have been consistently ranked amongst top 15 schools in the country.

The DAV Group offers Education in the

K-12 sector

through

3 distinct modes -

1.

Owned schools

- Dedicated visionaries, with their self-less actions and tireless work, created the DAV model.

2.

Managed Schools

- Management partnerships with 6 schools and takes complete responsibility for all administrative and academic operations.

3.

Associate Schools

- Academic Partnerships with 23 other schools across Tamil Nadu to share best practices in the education space, a one-of-its-kind model.

In addition to K-12 schooling, DAV has recently ventured into

Higher Education

with DAV-SMK Fomra College of Arts & Science at Kelambakkam, Chennai.

Apart from schools, the group has journeyed into multiple other areas - teacher training, in-house publications, sports academy, creative arts academy, Vedic Sanskriti School, coaching for various competitive exams and UPSC Civil Services Residential Program.
