Job Title: Principal (Female)

Candidates from the North East region of India will be given preference.

The Principal serves as the chief administrator of the school and is responsible for providing leadership in all areas of school operations including academics, administration, student discipline, staff management, community engagement, and overall institutional development. The Principal ensures that the school's mission and vision are effectively implemented to create a safe, inclusive, and high-performing academic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Academic Leadership:

Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure quality of education. Promote innovative teaching methods and regular assessments. Monitor student performance and implement improvement strategies.

Staff Supervision:

Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff. Build a collaborative and motivated team culture. Conduct regular staff meetings and professional development sessions.

Administration & Compliance:

Ensure compliance with educational policies, regulations, and accreditation standards. Manage school budget, resources, and infrastructure effectively. Maintain records and reports as per statutory requirements.

Student Welfare:

Foster a positive, disciplined, and inclusive environment. Address student grievances and promote personal and academic growth. Encourage extracurricular and co-curricular activities.

Parent & Community Engagement:

Act as the face of the school in the community. Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians. Organize parent-teacher meetings and school events.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
