Job Description

- Lead and mentor engineering managers, architects, and senior developers. - Drive innovation and transformation in Teams admin experiences leveraging AI and automation. - Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions. - Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional teams to align initiatives with business strategy. - Foster a culture of technical excellence, inclusivity, and continuous learning. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, leadership by providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and milestones. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python - OR equivalent experience. - Deep technical background in building scalable enterprise applications. - Strong understanding of AI-driven workflows, automation, and platform engineering. - Passion for improving user experiences and driving measurable impact. 12+ years of technical engineering experience with 5+ years of leading and managing high-performance engineering teams.
