Qualifications & Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

Master's degree in Education (M.Ed., MA Education) or a related field. Additional qualifications in leadership or management will be an added advantage. A Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory.

Experience:

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the education sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership or administrative role, preferably as a Principal or Vice-Principal. Strong track record of improving student outcomes, enhancing school culture, and fostering academic excellence. Experience in school accreditation processes and compliance with educational standards.

Skills & Competencies:

Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to manage a diverse team and inspire teachers and staff. Strategic thinking with a clear vision for school growth and development. High level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage budgets and resources. Familiarity with educational technology and modern teaching methodologies.
