Key Responsibilities:

Academic Leadership:

Oversee CBSE curriculum, implement NEP 2020, ensure student and staff performance.

Administrative Management:

Handle school operations, compliance with CBSE norms, and discipline.

Team Leadership:

Guide, evaluate, and train teaching and non-teaching staff.

Community Engagement:

Build strong relationships with parents and the community.

Strategic Planning:

Drive school improvement plans and future readiness.

Accreditation Readiness:

NABET experience preferred; ensure CBSE audit and inspection compliance

Qualification:

P.G with B.Ed.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years as principal for CBSE school.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
