Basic Criteria : Minimum 10 years of experience as Principal in CBSE school, Double Degree with B.Ed./M.Ed, Preferably from Karnataka, Age Criteria Between 40-50 YO, Fluent in English, Kannada, Hindi both orally and verbally, Must have attended many COE programs conducted by CBSE, Knowledge in CBSE and state government related works, Preferred Male candidate,

CBSE Principal in Bangalore leads academic & administrative functions, ensuring CBSE compliance, curriculum delivery, staff development, student welfare, and positive culture, acting as the key liaison with management, parents, and the board, managing budgets, and ensuring safe, efficient operations. Key duties include strategic planning, resource management, performance appraisal, and fostering a strong educational environment, all while upholding CBSE affiliation by-laws. Key Responsibilities

Academic Leadership:

Implementing CBSE curriculum, developing instructional objectives, ensuring high academic standards, overseeing exams, and driving continuous improvement.

Administrative Management:

Overseeing daily operations, admissions, finances, resource allocation, maintenance, and serving as Drawing & Disbursing Officer (DDO).

Staff Management:

Recruiting, training, mentoring, motivating, and appraising teaching and non-teaching staff.

Student Welfare:

Maintaining discipline, ensuring safety, promoting positive behavior, and managing student support systems.

Compliance & Reporting:

Ensuring strict adherence to CBSE Affiliation Bye-Laws, maintaining records, and handling board inspections and reporting.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Building strong relationships with parents, management, and the community, and communicating progress effectively.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications:

Graduate with B.Ed, M.Ed or Master's in Education/Management preferred; strong understanding of CBSE framework.

Leadership:

Visionary, strategic, decisive, and empathetic.

Communication:

Excellent interpersonal, public speaking, and conflict resolution skills.

Management:

Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience:

Progressive leadership experience in CBSE schools is often mandatory.
