Academic Leadership

Lead curriculum planning and implementation as per

NCERT & CBSE standards

. Ensure high-quality teaching methodologies, classroom practices, and student learning outcomes. Introduce innovative pedagogical techniques, technology integration, and assessments. Monitor student performance through regular academic reviews and remedial measures.

Administration & Compliance

Ensure the school operates in compliance with

CBSE by-laws, examination norms, and affiliation requirements

. Oversee school policies, discipline, and safety regulations. Manage admissions, examinations, and results in line with CBSE directives. Liaison with CBSE, education boards, and regulatory authorities.

Staff Management

Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff. Foster a culture of continuous professional development and performance excellence. Conduct regular staff meetings and workshops to align with school goals.

Student Development

Ensure holistic development of students through

academics, co-curricular and extracurricular activities

. Promote value-based education, discipline, and leadership qualities among students. Implement counseling, career guidance, and wellness programs.

Parent & Community Engagement

Build strong parent-school partnerships through regular communication and PTMs. Represent the school at community, educational, and cultural events. Promote the school's vision and values in the wider community.

Financial & Infrastructure Management

Manage school budgets, resource allocation, and ensure cost-effective operations. Oversee maintenance and development of school infrastructure and facilities. Ensure the availability of digital tools, laboratories, and modern learning environments.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
